- Import J region sequence option and controls
-
Import sequences for the J region from FASTA files. This is important if you are importing human germline sequences, which do not have the J region. This region is responsible for the framework region after the CDR3 loop (i.e., FR4). If J region sequences are not provided, then the mouse sequence in FR4 is preserved in the humanized model.
