Bunsen Help for Biologics Drug Discovery (Closed Beta)

Bunsen is Schrödinger’s co-scientist in an AI-powered scientific workspace.

Bunsen autonomously executes complex discovery workflows where users can describe a research task in natural language and collaborate with an agent for computational work. Pre-loaded with expert digital chemistry knowledge, Bunsen extends the reach of Schrödinger’s software suite into a seamless, chemistry-native interface.

Describe a task in chat, provide relevant inputs, review the proposed plan, and approve any computation before it runs. Long-running calculations execute asynchronously, and Bunsen reports results after checking the actual output.

Bunsen and Maestro BioLuminate

Bunsen is an AI-powered scientific workspace where users can describe a research task in natural language and collaborate with an agent for computational work. Use Bunsen in biologics for a full range of capabilities including modeling antibodies, peptides, enzymes and proteins, helping you carry out your scientific objectives from end to end. Bunsen is best for when you want to describe a broader research goal conversationally and have an agent plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze the work.

Maestro BioLuminate is Schrödinger’s graphical user interface to streamline computationally-guided biologics drug discovery.

Bunsen is designed to connect with Maestro BioLuminate so users can move between conversational, agent-driven work and Maestro BioLuminate's graphical modeling environment.

Maestro Assistant

Maestro Assistant helps you work inside Maestro BioLuminate . Use Maestro Assistant when you are already in Maestro BioLuminate and need contextual help or help with styling or executing tasks in the Workspace.
