Bunsen Help for Small Molecule Drug Discovery (Closed Beta)
Bunsen is Schrödinger’s co-scientist in an AI-powered scientific workspace.
Bunsen autonomously executes complex discovery workflows where users can describe a research task in natural language and collaborate with an agent for computational work. Pre-loaded with expert digital chemistry knowledge, Bunsen extends the reach of Schrödinger’s software suite into a seamless, chemistry-native interface.
Describe a task in chat, provide relevant inputs, review the proposed plan, and approve any computation before it runs. Long-running calculations execute asynchronously, and Bunsen reports results after checking the actual output.
Bunsen is currently in closed beta. Learn more on schrodinger.com. Sign up to join the waitlist here.
Bunsen and Maestro
Bunsen is an AI-powered scientific workspace where users can describe a research task in natural language and collaborate with an agent for computational work. Bunsen helps you carry out a scientific objective from end to end. Use Bunsen when you want to describe a broader research goal conversationally and have an agent plan, coordinate, execute, and analyze the work.
Maestro is Schrödinger’s graphical user interface where users can access state-of-the-art predictive computational modeling tools and machine learning workflows for molecular discovery. Maestro is for small molecule drug discovery, Maestro BioLuminate is for biologics drug discovery and Materials Science Maestro (MS Maestro) is for materials science discovery.
Bunsen is designed to connect with Maestro so users can move between conversational, agent-driven work and Maestro’s graphical modeling environment.
Maestro Assistant
Maestro Assistant helps you work inside Maestro. Use Maestro Assistant when you are already in Maestro and need contextual help or help with styling or executing tasks in the Workspace.
