Log Files

There are two types of log files: the multisim log file (_multisim.log) and the backend log file. The backend log file, which is found for each stage inside the compressed stage archive, lists the configuration used for that particular stage and simulation timing details such as chemical time, step, and ns/day. The multisim log file, which is found in the main job directory, contains the launch command, lists of stages in the .msj file, when each stage was launched and completed, and how long it took, along with the host name and job name. The multisim log file gives information on the overall progress of the job, whereas the backend log file gives information on an individual stage.
