FEP+

FEP+ is Schrödinger’s proprietary, physics-based free energy perturbation technology for computationally predicting protein-ligand binding at an accuracy matching experimental methods. Additionally, it can predict stability and affinity changes upon protein residue mutations and predict key properties such as pKa for protein residues and small molecules in the protein environment.
