Field-based QSAR

Field-Based QSAR allows you to build 3D QSAR models based on fields. Beginning with a set of aligned ligands that have known activities, Field-Based QSAR is capable of inferring how the ligand’s electrostatic, hydrophobic, and steric fields result in biological activity or inactivity. The models can be applied to other ligands, or stored with a pharmacophore hypothesis, or exported for later use.
