Generative Glide (Beta)

The Generative Glide workflow uses generative machine learning models combined with Glide docking to discover hit compounds from ultra-large chemical libraries. The workflow is designed for libraries containing more than 100 million compounds, such as Enamine REAL and WuXi GalaXi, where conventional docking of every compound is computationally prohibitive.
