Editing Jaguar Input Files
While most of the common settings for Jaguar jobs can be made in the Jaguar panel, you might need to make changes to the settings, add keywords to the input file for options that are not available from the Jaguar panel, or make changes to the geometry. You can of course edit the Jaguar input file with a text editor. Maestro provides a convenient way to make these changes, in the Edit Job Dialog Box, which you open by choosing Edit from the Settings button menu on the Job toolbar. Click the arrow next to the button to open the menu.
Apart from standard editing tools, this dialog box has special tools for editing Jaguar input files, which are described in the Edit Job Dialog Box topic.
For a description of how to set up the structural information in the input file, see Setting Up a Jaguar Input File. For more complete information on the input file, see The Jaguar Input File.
