Measurements Preferences
These settings control the display of measurements in the Workspace.

These settings control how many decimal places are displayed for measurements of distances, angles, and dihedrals.
- Text section

These settings control the font and border used to display measurements.
- Font menus and buttons

Choose a font, a point size, and make the font bold or italic (or both). The font size is also changed by the Increase and Decrease items under Workspace → Fonts.
- Color section

These settings control the color of the measurement markers. The color buttons open a color selector, which you can use to select a new color for the marker type.
- Line width slider and text box

Set the width of the lines drawn to represent measurements, in pixels.
- Periodic measurements section

These settings control how measurements are handled when the structure has periodic boundary conditions.
- Calculate measurements between nearest atom images in unit cell option

When making measurements in a structure that has periodic boundaries, use the nearest atom images in adjacent cells to determine the measurement value. This value is given in parentheses after the value that does not take periodicity into account.
