Ligand Designer - Core Swap Settings Dialog Box
Modify the number of maximum output ligands and optionally use a custom library for cores.
To open this dialog box, click the Settings button in the Core swap banner opened by the Ligand Designer Panel.

- Maximum output ligands option

Define a maximum number of output ligands by entering a value in the text box, or by using the arrow buttons.
- Use custom library for core option

Select this option to utilize a custom library. A dropdown menu will appear with the option to browse for a core library file (.sqlite, .mae, .mae.gz, .maegz) to use.
- Reset button

Reset the dialog box to its default settings.
