Ligand Designer - Reaction Enumeration Settings Dialog Box

Select the location for the reagent library that you want to use for the reaction enumeration.

To open this dialog box, click the Gear icon in the Enumeration banner opened by the Ligand Designer Panelwhile the Use reaction-based enumeration checkbox is enabled.

Choose a location for the reagent library menu

Choose a location from those listed in the dropdown menu, or click the Browse option.

Note: The default library will be used for missing reagents.

Reset button

Reset the dialog box to its default settings.
