Command Input Area
To show or hide the Command Input Area, choose Window → Command Input Area or press Ctrl+Shift+I (⇧⌘I).
The Command Input Area (labeled Commands) is located near the bottom of the main window. It is used to enter, edit and execute Maestro commands. You can scroll forwards or backwards through the command history in the Command Input Area and repeat previous commands. For working with multiline scripts use the Command Script Editor Panel.
To hide the Command Input Area, you can also right-click in it and choose Hide from the shortcut menu.
Scrolling: Scrolling can be performed by using the up and down arrow keys.
Editing: Inline editing can be performed by using standard editing keys for cut, copy, paste (Ctrl+X/⌘X, Ctrl+C/⌘C, Ctrl+V/⌘V), and arrow keys for navigation.
Command completion: When you start typing a command, a list of completions is displayed below the Command Input Area. You can select one of the completions to complete the command, either by clicking or by using the arrow keys then pressing the Spacebar.
