Edit Highlight Text Dialog Box

Edit the text of a highlight, to change the content, the background, and the font.

To open this dialog box, right-click on the highlight text and choose Edit Highlight Text.

Edit Highlight Text Dialog Box Features

Workspace highlight text text box

Edit the text in this text box. You can copy and paste text with the standard editing controls.

Background option menu

Select an option for the text background. Selecting Automatic chooses a background color that contrasts with the text color. Selecting No fill (transparent) makes the background of the text transparent, which means that anything that is behind the text will be visible through the text.

Font option menus and buttons

Choose font settings for the text: font type, point size, and style.
