Select Features to Exclude Dialog Box
Select features in the Workspace to exclude from hypothesis development.
To open this dialog box, click the Select Features button in the Features tab of the Hypothesis Settings Dialog Box.

Using the Select Features to Exclude Dialog Box
The features are selected by lassoing (drawing a line around them) in the Workspace. You may need to change which ligands are displayed in the Workspace so that you can select features in a particular region for all ligands.
Select Features to Exclude Dialog Box Features
- Excluded Features table

Lists the features that have been selected for exclusion, with the entry title of the ligand and the feature label. You can select multiple rows in the table to delete.
- Add from Workspace button

Add the features that are selected in the Workspace to the Excluded Features table. You can select features by picking. Picking a selected feature deselects it.
- Delete button

Delete the selected rows from the Excluded Features table.
- Reset button

Clear the entire table.
