extract_fmpdb.py Command Help

Command: $SCHRODINGER/run extract_fmpdb.py

usage: 
$SCHRODINGER/run -FROM scisol extract_fmpdb.py <input>.fmp <input>.fmpdb

A script to extract the content of fmpdb archive.

positional arguments:
  fmp                   input fmp
  fmpdb                 input fmpdb

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -info                 Only show the fmpdb content
  -edge-file EDGE_FILE  If provided, only extract data related to given
                        edge(s). Edge file can be taken from the output file
                        of fep_mapper.py run
  -output-dir OUTPUT_DIR
                        Folder to store the extracted files. Default: current
                        folder
