fmp_info.py Command Help

Command: $SCHRODINGER/run fmp_info.py

usage: fmp_info.py [-h] [-f] fmp

This script processes an FMP file and provides a comprehensive overview of
various graph properties.

positional arguments:
  fmp               Specify the path to the input FMP file (.fmp or .fmp.gz).

options:
  -h, --help        show this help message and exit
  -f, -full-report  Show extra summarized graph information, for a detailed
                    analysis.
