hit_expander.py phdb Command Help

Command: $SCHRODINGER/run hit_expander.py phdb

usage: $SCHRODINGER/run hit_expander.py phdb [-h] [-isub <subset>]
                                             database infile outfile

positional arguments:
  database        Absolute path to Phase DB.
  infile          Name of the structure file containing the hits to be
                  "expanded" (in Maestro/SD/SMILES format).
  outfile         Name of the output structure file.

options:
  -h, --help      show this help message and exit
  -isub <subset>  Process only Phase DB subset defined in the
                  <subset>_phase.inp file.
