jws Command Help

Command: $SCHRODINGER/jws

usage: jws [-h] [-full-help] {command} ...

Command line interface for FEP+ Web Services.

options:
  -h, --help           show this help message and exit
  -full-help           Show all commands/options (for internal Schrodinger use only)

jws sub-commands
Use "jws <command> -h" (e.g., jws download-graph -h) to see options for that command:
  {command}
    list-jobs          List all jobs for user.
    info               Get general info for a graph
    download-graph     Download a .fmp of a graph
    download-forcefield
                       Downloads the forcefield for the specified graph to a local tar archive
    extend             Extend graph
    reanalyze          Reanalyze graph
    submit             Submit new web services job. Run with -h to see available parameters.
                       WARNING: This is an EXPERIMENTAL feature and should be used with caution.
    requeue            Requeue idle edges in an existing job.
                       WARNING: This is an EXPERIMENTAL feature and should be used with caution.
    add-user           Add user to graph
    show-credits       Show project credits
