merge_fmpdb.py Command Help

Command: $SCHRODINGER/run merge_fmpdb.py

usage: 
    $SCHRODINGER/run -FROM scisol merge_fmpdb.py file0.fmpdb file1.fmpdb -o combined.fmpdb
    

Merge a list of .fmpdb files into a single file. If the files have the same
contents, the latters in the list will overwrite the formers.

positional arguments:
  fmpdb_files  input file names

options:
  -h, --help   show this help message and exit
  -o OUTPUT    output file name
