neutralizer -h 
 Syntax: neutralizer [-d] [-retain] [-h] [-v] input_file.mae output_file.mae  \
Options:
    -d          Remove dependency information for chiralities.
                For use only prior to an ionizer treatment.
    -retain     Retain the input structure.
    -retain_lab Retain the input structure and add "orig_ion_str" property
                to the retained input structure.
    -h          Print this message.
    -v          Print the version number
