usage: relax_membrane.py [-h] [-j JOBNAME] [-t TEMPERATURE] [-r TEMPLATE]
                         input

Generate desmond input files to be used to relax membrane proteins carefully

positional arguments:
  input                 input .cms file

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -j JOBNAME, --jobname JOBNAME
                        jobname, defaults to 'relax'
  -t TEMPERATURE, --temperature TEMPERATURE
                        temperature
  -r TEMPLATE, --template TEMPLATE
