Command: $SCHRODINGER/utilities/smiles_to_mae

Current invocation

smiles_to_mae -h 
 Syntax: smiles_to_mae [-h] [-max_atom] [-v] input_smiles_file output_file.mae  

Options:
    -h          Print this message.
    -max_atom   Maximum atoms allowed.
    -v          Print the version number

This utility should be used in conjunction with LigPrep
