split_graph.py Command Help

Command: $SCHRODINGER/run -FROM scisol split_graph.py

usage: 
    $SCHRODINGER/run -FROM scisol split_graph.py foo.fmp

    Split foo.fmp file into several smaller graphs, each with no more than <num> edges (default: 10),
    and write them out as <output>_1.fmp, <output>_2.fmp and so on.
    

Split a graph into smaller graphs.

positional arguments:
  fmp         Name of the original .fmp file

options:
  -h, --help  show this help message and exit
  -n NUM      max number of edge in each subgraph
  -o OUTPUT   If given, outputs will be <output>_<number>.fmp,
              <output>_<number>.edge
