Using the TCR Structure Prediction Panel

 

To open this panel, click the Tasks button and browse to Structure Prediction → TCR Structure Prediction

To write out the input file and a script for running the job from the command line, click the arrow next to the Settings button and choose Write. For information on command usage and options, see prime Command Help.

TCR Structure Prediction Panel Features

 

ɑ chain sequence field

Enter a sequence in the field, or use the Browse button to load a FASTA file.

β chain sequence field

Enter a sequence in the field, or use the Browse button to load a FASTA file.

Numbering scheme menu

Select a numbering scheme to use from the available options: IMGT or AHo

Number of models text box

Enter a value in the text box for the desired number of models to be used, and use the arrow buttons to adjust the value. The models are ranked by quality with the first model being the best. The default value is 1.
