Protein Interaction Analysis — Filter Interactions Dialog Box
Filter the interactions between two proteins listed in the Protein Interaction Analysis panel.
To open this dialog box, click Filter in the Protein Interaction Analysis Panel.

Filter the interactions list by chain, residue, amino acid, and interaction radius.
- Set n tabs

Select Set 1 to set filtering criteria for Set 1, and Set 2 to set filtering criteria for Set 2. Filter selections are preserved when you switch tabs.

List interactions involving the protein chains selected
- Residue numbers text box

List interactions involving the residue numbers listed in the text box
- Amino acid options

Select the type of residue to include in the interactions list. Choose Standard to select all 20 standard amino acids.
- Select link

Click to select amino acids by the type of side chain, from Aromatic, Aliphatic, Polar, Charged, NonPolar, Tiny, Small.
- Radius: Interactions within text box

List interactions that fall within the radius specified in the text box, in angstroms.
- Interaction type section

Filter the interactions list by the type of interaction
- Clear link

Clear all options currently selected in the dialog box.
- Matches: n interactions text

Displays the number of interactions that meet the selected filtering criteria. Noneditable.
- Cancel link

Close the dialog box without applying any filters.
