Preparing Inputs for Epik
An Epik calculation takes a single file (either .mae(gz) or .sdf(gz) format) of ligands as input. It is strongly recommended that the ligands have hydrogens added before running the Epik calculation. Hydrogens can be added manually in Maestro through the build panel or automatically by first running a LigPrep calculation without ionization.
