To open this dialog box, click the Advanced Options link in the IFD-MD Panel.

Advanced Options Dialog Box Features

Exclude Histidine tautomers from sampling option

Enable the checkbox to disable histidine tautomer sampling.

Additional Residues for Refinement picking tools

Pick residues to be included in the refinement of residues in the IFD-MD docking process, in addition to those that are automatically included.

This is a standard set of tools. The full set of features in this tool set is described in Picking Tools.

Reset button

Reset the panel to its default settings. Clears all data from the panel.
