Jaguar Workflows

Some tasks that you may want to do involve multiple steps, such as calculating a transition state and generating an IRC path. The main Jaguar panels provide access to the basic functions, but you may have to run several calculations to complete your task. The QM Multistage Workflow Panel provides a way of running Jaguar tasks in multiple steps.

Jaguar also has panels in Maestro for some common workflows. The panels allow you to make settings and then run the script that encodes the workflow. The topics linked below describe these workflows.
