Coloring Atoms

Atoms can be colored by applying a selected color or a color scheme. The color or color scheme can be applied from the Changing Structure Styles. Colors are applied to the selected atoms, or if no atoms are selected, to all atoms.
To apply a single color to the selected atoms:

Click the Single Color button in the Changing Structure Styles, and choose a color from the color selector that opens.
To apply the current selected color scheme:

Click the Color Atoms button in the Changing Structure Styles.
To choose a color scheme:

Click the arrow to the right of the Color Atoms button in the Changing Structure Styles and choose a scheme from the menu that is displayed.
To apply a color scheme to all atoms in selected entries:

Click the Style button in the Entry List (Entries) to apply color schemes to the selected entries. The Changing Structure Styles opens so you can select and apply the scheme.
