The location where Maestro looks to find various resources that have been customized for a particular profile (Maestro, BioLuminate, MaterialsScience, Elements). The resources are kept in a subdirectory for the profile. The profiles directory is in your Maestro user resources directory, and is as follows:

The location that Maestro uses by default for reading and writing files. It can be changed from within Maestro—see Changing the Working Directory. The default location is:
Linux: the directory from which you started Maestro Windows: %APPDATA%\Documents\SchrodingerMac: $HOME/Documents/SchrodingerJob files are usually written to a subdirectory of this directory, named with the job name.
On Linux and Mac, HOME is the environment variable for your home directory (often /home/username on Linux, /Users/username on Mac).
On Windows, APPDATA is the location of your application data, C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming.
