Visualize H-Bonds Panel Features
- Distance text box
-
Set the distance from the selected atoms for detection of H-bonds. Any atoms that fall within this distance are checked for hydrogen bonds, not just the selected atoms. (Note: this is not the threshold for defining an H-bond.)
- Display buttons
-
These buttons turn on or off the display of H-bonds with their distances or angles in the Workspace.
Show or hide hydrogen bonds and the H-bond distance, from the hydrogen to the acceptor. The bonds are marked in yellow.
Show or hide the donor-acceptor distance. The distance is marked in purple.
Show or hide the donor-acceptor angles. The line between the D-H bond centroid and the A-X bond centroid is shown in green, with the angles (D-H-A, H-A-X) shown at either end. - Reset Panel button

Reset the panel to its default settings.
