Create an Analysis Term Dialog Box

Add a new term to the current analysis stage in the QM Multistage Workflow Panel. The term is derived from the values of a property from one or more workflow stages, with a prefactor.

To open this dialog box, click the Add button in the Analysis stage section of the QM Multistage Workflow Panel.

Using the Create an Analysis Term Dialog Box

The workflow for creating an analysis term is to choose one or more stages, then choose a property that is available in all the selected stages, and provide a prefactor. When the term is evaluated, it is added to the property value that is being calculated. Units conversions can be performed by choosing from the Set prefactor to option menu.

If you choose more than one stage, the value of the property for the term is a function of the values of the property for each stage, which you can choose from the Function option menu.

Function option menu

Choose the operation to perform on the values of the property when you have more than one stage specified, from Minimum, Maximum, Average and Standard deviation.
