Create Complement / Reverse Sequence Dialog Box
This dialog box creates new sequence types based on specified sequences in the Multiple Sequence Viewer/Editor Panel. To open this dialog box, choose Other Tasks → Create Complement... in the Multiple Sequence Viewer/Editor Panel.

Choose the type of new sequence to be created for each of the specified existing DNA or RNA sequences.
- Reverse Sequence option

Select to create a reverse sequence.
- Complement Sequence (antisense) option

Select to create a complement sequence (antisense).
- Reverse Complement Sequence option

Select to create a reverse complement sequence.
- Apply to selected sequences only option

This option will create sequences for the selected sequences only, else all sequences will be included.
