Register with Job Server Panel

This panel allows you to register servers on which to run jobs.

To open this panel: in the Maestro main window, choose Help → Register with Job Servers.

To run jobs on a high-performance cluster (HPC), you first need to register with the Job Server that your system administrator has configured per the Administrator Guide.

To add a new server, select the New Server option. the Job Server should already be configured by your system administrator. You must have the Server name and Port information, as well as the Username and Password. Click the Register button one you have filled in all the information.

Select the Configured server option to choose on which server your jobs should run. If you are submitting jobs to your local machine, jobs are submitted to a “localhost” server, which should already be present in the Server name option menu. If the server has been registered, a green checkmark and Registered text appears to the right. You can click Remove to remove the selected server from the Server name option menu.
