Review Energy Plots Panel
Plot the energy for a selection of atom sets and energy types as a function of simulation time.
To open this panel: choose a plot in the Advanced Plots section of the Plot Computed Values Over Time Panel.

Review Energy Plots Panel Features
- Atom sets list

Select one or more atom sets from the list for plotting of energies.
- Energies options

Select the energy terms to be plotted. If you select multiple energy terms, the energies are summed for plotting.
- Exclude self terms option

If you choose multiple atom sets, the energies within each set are excluded, and only the interaction energies are displayed. This option is not available if you select only one atom set or when neither Coulomb nor van der Waals energies are selected for plotting. The other energies are disabled if you select this option, as they only include interactions within the set.
- Plot title bar

The title of the plot consists of the names of the selected atom sets and the selected energies.
To export the plot, click the icon on the right and choose an item from the menu. You can export the plot as an image, or export the data to a CSV file or to Excel.
