Mutate to Nonstandard Residue Dialog Box
Mutate a residue to a list of nonstandard residues from the Workspace context menu, including custom nonstandard residues.
To open this dialog box, click the Nonstandard Residues link at the bottom of the residue selector found in the Selection Shortcut Menu.
Enter text in the search bar to filter the residues list dynamically. You can search based on residue title (3-letter code) and description.
Select a residue from the scrolling list containing the built-in nonstandard residues and any custom nonstandard residues by default.
Displays a 2D visualization of the selected residue.
Uncheck this option to view only custom nonstandard residues.
Click the link to open the Nonstandard Residues Panel to set up a database of nonstandard residues by building new or importing existing residues, to add and remove nonstandard residues, and to choose the nonstandard residues shown for residue selection tools.
