Workspace Configuration Toolbar

Maestro BioLuminate

The Workspace Configuration toolbar allows you to determine what sorts of auxiliary objects are shown and also provides access to the various gadgets and tools that enhance the Workspace. It has a set of toggle buttons that allow you to temporarily mute (hide) any auxiliary objects currently available in the Workspace.

The buttons are blue when the objects are available and visible in the Workspace; they have a transparent background when available but muted; and they appear disabled when not available.

Annotations. Toggles the display of Labels, Captions, and Highlights.

Measurements. Toggles the display of Distance, Angle, Dihedral measurements. Use the to open theMeasurements Toolbox.

Surfaces. Toggles the display of surfaces in the Workspace.

The performs different actions depending on what is in the Workspace:

  • If there is at least one entry in the project and a surface is present, the button opens the Surface Manager Panel. NOTE: This is true even when a surface is present but hidden.

  • If there is at least one entry in the project and a surface is not present, the button opens the Import Surface/Volume File Dialog Box.

  • If there is no entry in the project, the button shows a warning that there must be at least one entry in the project to import a surface.

Ribbons. Toggles display of Ribbons in the Workspace.

Interactions. Toggles display of Interactions in Workspace. Use the to open the Interactions Toolbox.

More Configuration. Opens the Workspace Configuration Toolbox in Maestro BioLuminate.
