Create Particle Types from a Force Field File Dialog Box

Choose particle types from the stored force-field files for use in the Coarse-Grained Sketcher Panel.

To open this dialog box, click the Create button in the Coarse-Grained Sketcher Panel.

Using the Create Particle Types from a Force Field File Dialog Box

The workflow in this dialog box is to select a force field file, then choose particle types that are defined for that force field and add them to a list of particles that will be placed on the coarse-grained particles toolbar in the Coarse-Grained Sketcher Panel. You can repeat the process for each force field file on the menu, and so choose particles from different force fields. Once you have all the particles you want from the force fields and click OK, the toolbar buttons for the particles are created. Note that this set of particles replaces any that are already on the toolbar.
