Job Submission to a Cluster
Job Server is the orchestration system for all Schrödinger scientific computations. Job Server infrastructure is used to submit jobs to an HPC cluster.
Job Server is currently under a feature flag. If you would like to be an early adopter of Job Server, please contact Schrödinger Support for deployment advice. Job Server will replace the legacy Job Control system in upcoming releases. For the legacy Job Control guide, see here.
